Crunchy Munchy Honey Cakes

Have you ever heard the song "Crunchy Munchy Honey Cakes" by The Wiggles? My kids love that song and they love The Wiggles. So after taking a look around on-line I found a recipe to make the Crunchy Munchy Honey Cakes. We made them today to have with our lunch and they were surprisingly good!

I'd suggest a double batch for a large family, although they are quite filling. The recipe was found on the Wiggles website.

Here's the song in case you have not heard it, it's really super cute for kids :0)

Michele, I read your thoughts about Sarah running with McCain.. my reply..."judge not, lest yee be judged.." everyone has their own path and maybe this is to be hers, with His help. Your young daughters can grow up to be anything, ya' know ! stay-at-home-moms, and-or something else, too. Christ came to comfort the afflicted and to afflict the comfortable.. some food for thought.. blessings to all... sue

Hi Sue,

Thanks for stopping by my blog. I assume you are talking about the post I left on Candy's blog?

I wasn't judging Mrs. Palin, I was simply stating my opinion. You are correct in saying that this may be her path in life, however, as Candy was so bold to say, such a choice does not seem to line up with Biblical doctrine.

As for my daughters, I don't see what they and their future choices have to do with Mrs. Palin's choice to run for Vice President...?

As parents my husband and I purpose to lead them in the ways of Christ and with His help they will choose their paths when they grow up. With two Christian parents that pray for their futures daily I hardly think they would grow up to be "anything" or "something else" but that they will become women of God leading their lives to serve Christ as God has laid out for them in the Scriptures. Whether that will be as "Stay at home moms" (which by the way is "something" in itself -- Proverbs 31 and Titus 2 are good references to that point) or in another direction, that is entirely up to the will of God.

As far as "Christ came to comfort the afflicted and to afflict the comfortable", I'm not sure what that has to do with Mrs. Palin either...
